1 About Us

We are a consultancy company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, offering the following services:

• Travel & Support Services
• Visa Processing & Consultancy
• Student Consultancy (Study Abroad)
• Medical Consultancy & Treatment Coordination

We serve clients seeking assistance with destinations including China, Malaysia, Thailand, Turkey, the United Kingdom, Europe, and other countries. We act as a facilitator and consultant — we do not guarantee visa approval, university admission, or medical outcomes.

2 Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent
• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful
• You have the legal right to enter into this agreement
• You are not prohibited by law from receiving our services

3 Our Services & Scope

Our role is limited to providing consultancy, guidance, documentation support, and coordination. Specifically:

• Visa Services: We prepare and review your application documents. Final visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy or consulate.
• Student Consultancy: We assist with university selection, application, and documentation. Admission decisions are made by the respective universities.
• Medical Consultancy: We coordinate with hospitals and doctors on your behalf. Medical diagnoses and treatment decisions are made solely by qualified medical professionals.
• Travel Services: We assist with flight booking, accommodation, and itinerary planning based on your preferences and budget.

4 Fees & Payment

Our service fees are agreed upon at the time of engagement and outlined in your service agreement. The following payment terms apply:

• A non-refundable registration or consultation fee is payable upfront upon signing the agreement
• Remaining fees are due as per the payment schedule in your individual service agreement
• All fees are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated
• Third-party fees (embassy fees, university application fees, hospital fees, airline tickets, etc.) are separate and must be paid directly by the client unless otherwise agreed
• Payments made via bank transfer, mobile banking (bKash/Nagad), or cash must be confirmed with a receipt

5 Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Registration/Consultation Fee: Non-refundable under all circumstances
• Visa Rejection: If a visa is rejected despite complete and truthful documentation, a partial refund of service fees may be considered at our discretion — excluding government and third-party fees
• Client Withdrawal: If you withdraw after service has commenced, fees paid for completed stages are non-refundable
• Duplicate Payment: Fully refundable within 7 working days upon verification
• University Rejection: No refund on consultancy fees; however, we will assist with alternative applications at no extra charge

6 Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date documents and information as required
• Respond promptly to requests for additional documents or information
• Inform us immediately of any changes in your personal circumstances (e.g., change of address, employment, marital status)
• Attend all scheduled appointments, interviews, or medical check-ups
• Make payments on time as per the agreed schedule
• Not engage other agencies for the same application without informing us
• Comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country

7 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Visa refusal or rejection by any embassy, consulate, or immigration authority
• Rejection of admission by any university or educational institution
• Medical outcomes, diagnoses, or treatment results from any hospital or doctor
• Flight delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines
• Loss or damage of documents during transit or by third-party couriers
• Changes in government policies, visa rules, or travel restrictions
• Any losses arising from acts of God, pandemics, wars, or other force majeure events

8 Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose your personal, financial, or medical information to any unauthorized third party. Information is shared only with:

• Relevant embassies and immigration authorities (for visa processing)
• Universities and educational institutions (for admission applications)
• Hospitals and medical professionals (for medical coordination)
• Airlines and travel partners (for bookings)

All such sharing is done with your knowledge and consent as part of the service delivery.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements are the intellectual property of our company and are protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our website content without written permission
• Use our logo, brand name, or trademarks without authorization
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website using automated tools

10 Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services without refund if:

• You provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• You fail to make payments as agreed
• You behave in an abusive or threatening manner toward our staff
• You breach any term of this agreement
• Your case becomes legally or ethically untenable

You may also terminate services by providing written notice. Fees for completed work are non-refundable.

11 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact us directly to seek an amicable resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached:

• Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh
• Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh

12 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with any signed service agreement and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us. They supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter.
